Auszeit Helsa Welcome to our 60 m² apartment in Helsa, right by Kaufungen Forest. Sleeping up to 4, it is ideal for families, couples, business travellers and nature lovers. We built our home ourselves with great care from September 2022 to October 2023. The modern apartment has a bedroom, living room, bathroom and fully equipped private kitchen with a Senseo coffee machine (pods). Amenities include underfloor heating, high-speed Wi-Fi and TV. Meals are served at a high counter with stools with backrests; there is no conventional dining table with chairs. Access: 15 steps lead to the front door. A handrail is being installed. Please bear this in mind if you have limited mobility. A highlight is the private covered terrace with mountain views and a hammock. You can also use the shared garden. Kaufungen Forest is ideal for hiking, jogging, cycling and mountain biking. Shops are within walking distance. A playground, toys and books also make this a family-friendly stay. One pet is welcome by prior arrangement. Popular destinations include Meißner/Frau-Holle-Land, Lake Edersee and Kassel, with its UNESCO World Heritage Site, Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. Kassel is about 20 minutes away by car or tram. In summer, enjoy a swim at the public pool. Shared parking and self check-in are available. The hosts live on site.
